last post of the year
now...this is just me being honest with myself and since i don't feel like working, i supposed i should post one of them recap posts. you know, the ones that sum up your year and what you hope to accomplish in the new year.
well...it definitely has been an eventful year for us, in more ways than one. i think that for next year i just want to be financially secure and to not fuck up at this parenting thing.

8 weeks
Besides the occasional dry heaving, waking up in the middle of the night to go pee (at least 3 times mind you), the bloating, the emotional rollercoster I've been riding...it's kind of hard to believe that there is something living in my abdomen. Maybe because I don't feel any movement and the only real proof that I have that something is there is the picture below, but it's definitely surreal.
I think it's also because we have been waiting and praying about this for so long...and now that the day has finally arrived, we don't know what to do with ourselves. I'm going to enjoy this for what it is...even though I've already gone up a cup size and can't sleep on my stomach anymore. LOL

The main thing that I enjoy about my job is the people. My coworker and I have decided to get pimp cups. Mine will be pimped out with pink sapphires and his will be all white diamonds to match his all white suit with a mandarin collar and "Godfather" hat.

visuals for the visually impaired
I went to Safeway today to pick up some lunch and what I was gonna make for dinner tonight. I'd like to share my observation of the 5 minutes I was in there.
1. Safeway employs a lot of handicapped folks. More power to them, but boy, did the lady in front of me in line looked pissed with the handicapped clerk.
2. Nutella is 2 for $5 until Nov. 22. SCORE!
3. The Asian folks working at the Sushi place in Safeway are surprisingly polite.
4. I saw directions on an ATM for how to use the ATM for the visually impaired. The font size had to be AT MAX 12pt. Talk about kicking someone when they're already down.
Time to raid the vending machine!

purple = delicious
I've always been a fan of Skittles, but for some reason...the purple ones tasted extra good with purplely deliciousness today. I ate them last, even though I normally save the green ones for last. Call it an off day or maybe I just wasn't feelin' the green ones to anchor my fun-size bag Skittles experience.
Now that I think about it, I eat them in this order:
1. Yellow
2. Red
3. Orange (if you suck on them, it tastes like Orange Tic Tacs)
4. Purple
5. Green
Now, I want more.

so says the radiologist that took care of me today. wooo boy...i'm not gonna lie...it did kind of hurt. but it was only temporary and it was over as soon as it started. this procedure makes one temporarily fertile because it opens up the tubes. so, wish us luck!
how does one break up with a friend? is it too insensitive to be done over IM...or should this be a face-to-face and/or phone conversation?

for those of you who are not familiar with such medical/scientific terms, basically dye gets injected in my hoo-ha by way of the cervix to see if there are any weird goings on that would prevent my eggs from getting where they are supposed to be.

Well...I lied.
I'm back to blogging again. It took me like 2 months to get back because I forgot my password LOL. anywho, what's new with Dawnski? not much. I lead a fairly, boring, vanilla life. i am working closer to home now...which is fuckin' fantastic if you ask me...and so is Byroness! YIPPEE! we actually get home to do stuff.
let's see how well i keep this up...

Last night, B and I went to a fundraiser at Cal-Skate in Milpitas. It was pretty fun considering that I haven't skated in about 15 years! It all went to a good cause though...those Rentar Girls! We went to El Torito for dinner and I asked my goddaughter to show me her thizzface...and she did it! OH MAN...I wish I had a camera for that!

For those of you that know me well (or have at least some kind of encounter with me), I talk a lot of shit. Some of you love me for it, most do not. On theknot.com, they did not love me for it. There is something about wedding planning that makes women crazy and to be completely honest, I was just tired of seeing the same people post and the same dumb questions asked (um, hello? Have you people never heard of Google?). So yeah, I've made a few friends, but more enemies and as long as I don't find a severed horse head on my bed, I think I'll be okay.
Painting is fun, but very tiring. It's even more tiring when it is done to a home that is about 2700 square feet.

Did you fuckers miss me? Probably not. HAHAHAHA.
I've been cheating on my blogs with message boards. I know, I know...but it's hard to write when no one really responds. Not that I'm an attention whore or anything (who am I kidding, yeah I am), but I like when people respond to me. Within the span of 3 weeks, I managed to piss several Bay Area Brides and Brides to be off, got myself banned from a message board twice and met a couple of really cool chicks. I guess you can say I've been busy, but it's nice to meet new people.
With that said, DO NOT EVER GO ON THEKNOT.COM THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SHADY ASS MUTHA FUCKAS AND I HOPE THAT SOMEONE SHITS ON THEIR LAWNS AND PEES IN THEIR CHEERIOS.
